From Superbowls and the largest association and corporate meetings to a 50 person regional sales meeting, we've done it all. We would like to put our veteran staff and years of housing expertise to work for you. Our excellent working relationship with the our local hotels gives you the inside edge to ensure flawless housing management. We can take any level of account management responsibility you wish. - Customized domestic toll-free reservation number for your group.
- Provide international phone and fax numbers.
- Convenient methods of making reservations including phone, fax, mail and/or Internet.
- Assist with the design of an efficient housing reservation form for your delegates.
- Design a custom web site page for your convention's housing Internet reservations.
- Establish effective communication pre, during and post convention with the hotel community and your organization.
- Assist with housing promotional materials (camera ready artwork, DVD's, online links, email blasts and Forever New Orleans Ads).
- Detailed knowledge of local housing inventory.
- Produce a comprehensive convention profile for the call center and hotel properties.
- Provide online pick-up reports to you and your hotels.
- Analyze room pickups and be proactive with meeting planner and hotels to maximize blocks.
- Locate additional hotel inventory, when needed.
- Assist in adding overflow hotels to the room block, when needed.
- Communicate any changes with the room inventory.
- Prepare a post-convention report, which includes contracted block, pickup, cut off and actual reservations after departure.
- Provide a representative on-site to assist with any questions or last minute requests. (For qualified groups).
