Cruise Parking in New Orleans

Find parking before your cruise from New Orleans.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO ERATO AND JULIA STREET TERMINALS

  • From I-10 East or West, exit at U.S. 90 W (Exit 234A).
  • Exit U.S. 90 W at Tchoupitoulas (Exit 11C). This will be the last exit before crossing the Mississippi River on the Crescent City Connection Bridge.
  • Follow down ramp to ground level and turn right at the second stoplight onto Tchoupitoulas St.
  • Turn left at the next stoplight onto Henderson St. and proceed for two blocks.
  • Turn left onto Port of New Orleans Place after crossing the railroad tracks.
  • The Erato Street Cruise Terminal (Carnival Cruise Line) is located just past the bridge pier. The Julia Street Cruise Terminal (Norwegian and Royal Caribbean) is located just beyond Erato.
  • Do not try to access cruise terminals from the entrances to Port of New Orleans Place at Julia St. or Poydras St.

ERATO STREET CRUISE TERMINAL

1100 Port of New Orleans Place, New Orleans, LA 70130

  • Terminal for Carnival Cruise Line.
  • Over 1,000 covered and secured parking spaces with SeaCap luggage assistance. Elevator from garage to the embarkation deck.
  • Climate-controlled and ADA-compliant passenger gangway. Centrally located in New Orleans on the riverfront streetcar line, 5 minutes from the French Quarter and only minutes from I-10 access.
  • Disney Cruise Line passengers will utilize Convention Center parking and will be shuttled to the terminal.

Parking for Erato Street Cruise Terminal

  • The Erato Street Parking Garage entrance is located on top of the terminal. It is accessible via a circular ramp that you will see as you approach the building.
  • On the first floor of the garage (third floor of the terminal building) you will receive directions to the offloading area. SeaCaps will take your checked baggage and deliver them directly to the ship.
  • After parking, take the elevator to the first floor check-in and waiting area.
  • Parking rates: $25 per day/flat rate fee. Accepted forms of payment are cash and credit/debit.
  • Please have your boarding information available. You must show it to enter the garage. Advance reservations are not available for regular-sized vehicles, but a parking space is guaranteed.
  • Maximum height is 8' 4" (limited space) on third floor and 7' 6" on higher floors, and maximum 22 feet in length. Garage is secured, lighted and patrolled.

JULIA STREET CRUISE TERMINAL

920 Port of New Orleans Place, New Orleans, LA 70130

  • Terminal for Norwegian Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean International.
  • Designated Port parking adjacent to the terminal with SeaCap luggage assistance.
  • Climate-controlled and ADA-compliant passenger gangway.
  • Located between the Erato Street Cruise Terminal Complex and the Riverwalk Outlet Collection. 
  • Centrally located in New Orleans on the riverfront streetcar line, 5 minutes from the French Quarter and only minutes from I-10 access.

Parking for Julia Street Cruise Terminal

  • Once you enter Port of New Orleans Place, proceed past the Erato Street Terminal to Julia Street.
  • You will receive directions to the Julia Street Terminal drop-off area where SeaCaps will assist you with your luggage.
  • You will receive directions to the parking lot located next to the cruise terminal.
  • Parking rates: $25 per day/flat rate fee. Accepted forms of payment are cash and credit/debit.
  • The parking lot is a within a block of the terminal, and shuttle service is provided if needed. Parking lot is secured, lighted and patrolled. Reservations are not available for regular-sized vehicles, but a parking space is guaranteed.
